The Unshook Workbook
In moments we feel “off” –
Activated. Defensive. FOMO. Procrastination. Doubtful. Disconnected. Uninspired. Stuck. People pleasing. Disappointed in others. Disappointed in self.
– how game-changing could it be to know exactly what we need to rebalance?
To choose how to move forward, instead of a default reaction (or - inaction).
And when external factors are at play - to be so unshook that they can’t impact your peace.
Let me ask you this:

💭 Interesting how many reference materials we have when it comes to supporting our mission, and how few we have for navigating our inner world…
(even though our ability to regulate our emotions impact our business, and our relationships - which, in turn, also impact our business).
When we pause long enough to identify our state and build skills to shift gears, it allows us to
honor what’s coming up
identify what’s real
self-soothe when it makes sense, and
make the best choices possible

We learn our own patterns and needs, in advance.

When it’s complete, you’ll have a roundup of what YOU need to move through emotions, whether simple reminders, questions to think about, or immediate actions to take.
You can make a version to save on your phone for quick reference, or you can use the flow to journal retroactively to learn yourself better (and depending on the situation, whomever else is involved)
