Here’s how it works:

In order for our partner to learn what we need - we need to be able to articulate it.

This exercise invites a moment of pause for us to touch base with how we operate. Once you have the worksheets printed (recommended) or duplicated as a digital version, fill out a copy with your own responses.

Take time to read your pages to the other, allowing space for them to ask questions like: why is that important to you? Where do you think that comes from? Can you share an example of when that’s happened in the past? Is there anything else I should know?

And then switch.

If you want to add a cheeky quiz at the end (with sweet or sexy incentives, at your own choosing) - have at it ;)
